My Order
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, simply add the items you’d like to purchase to your shopping cart while browsing. When you’re ready, go to your cart and click "checkout." Follow the steps to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method for your Haruyeon Hawaii items.
Since our products are made to order, all packages will be ready for shipment within 4-7 business days after the order is received. Sales, promotions, and new drops may extend that time period by 1-2 days.
Once packaged, orders being shipped within Oahu will be delivered within 1-2 business days. For all other locations, shipping will take a standard 5-8 business days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since our team works hard to get your order ready quickly, we might not be able to cancel it once it’s been processed.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can offer a full refund. Please contact us at info@haruyeonhawaii.com with your order number and we’ll assist you. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot provide a refund.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you have an account:
Log in to your Haruyeon Hawaii account and go to "My Orders" to check your order status. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note, orders shipped with Standard Untracked shipping do not include a tracking number and usually take 9-12 business days to arrive.
No account?
No problem! You can create an account using the same email address you used for your order, and your order will appear under "My Orders."
Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order is packed! After the courier scans the package, you can use the tracking number to see its status. If your order was packed over the weekend, the tracking info will update the next business day.
Exchanges & Returns
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
Thank you for choosing Haruyeon Hawaii! Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
All our products are handmade with care and attention to detail, and we take great pride in creating something special just for you. Since each item is made individually, all sales are final.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that general returns are not accepted. However, if you find any issues with the product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@haruyeonhawaii.com. Please include a photo of the issue with your message for us to process your request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Care Instructions & Details
MY SCRUNCHIE LOOKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE.
The colors in the photos may appear slightly different depending on the lighting and/or editing. Since each scrunchie is handmade, the size and shape might also vary slightly, making each one unique!
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY SCRUNCHIES?
We recommend hand washing to keep them looking their best. Here’s how to clean them properly:
Sort by Color: Wash light and dark items separately to avoid color transfer.
Fill a Basin: Use lukewarm water in a large bowl or sink.
Add Mild Detergent: Use a small amount of gentle laundry detergent or shampoo.
Wash Gently: Gently scrub your scrunchie with your hands, focusing on any stained areas.
Rinse Thoroughly: Make sure to remove all detergent.
Dry Flat: Lay your scrunchie flat on a clean towel to dry, or hang it up in a well-ventilated area.
MY SCRUNCHIE IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re happy to fix it! Please send us an email at info@haruyeonhawaii.com with a photo of the damaged scrunchie, and we’ll take care of the rest.
WHEN WILL THE SCRUNCHIE I WANT BE BACK IN STOCK?
Restock times vary, depending on the fabric’s availability.
We source most of our materials from Korea, and sometimes we purchase the last available stock. These fabrics may return to stock, but there’s no guarantee.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
